Dre Miller named 13th District Player of the Year
In concert with Sporting Times media and the online fan vote, Dre Miller of Franklin-Simpson has been named the 13th District Player of the Year.

Dre Miller, Franklin-Simpson Senior
Named the Sporting Times’ 13th District Player of the Year, Miller led the Wildcats to their first district championship in four years. The senior averaged 22.3 points per game on a team-best 52.7% shooting. He also led Franklin with 31 three-point field goals at 36.5%.
Josh Allen, Russellville Senior
The 13th District’s leading rebounder, Allen grabbed 7.1 per game as the Panthers reached the 4th Region Tournament for the first time since 2017. Allen was also Russellville’s second-leading scorer at 8.6 per game and shot 56.1% from the field.
Preston Moore, Todd County Central Junior
Moore was the only Rebel named to the All-District team in 2021, as he led Todd County Central in both scoring (9.8) and rebounding (5.4). The only non-senior on this team, Moore and the Rebels will look to make some noise next season as they return every player from the 2021 campaign.
Kyjuan Stutzman, Franklin-Simpson Senior
Stutzman capped off his senior season in style, helping the Wildcats win the 13th District championship on their home court. He averaged 13.1 points per game on 42% shooting. His 75.6% free throw percentage was second on the team. Stutzman was the team leader in rebounds with 59 on the season.
Jaquis Todd, Russellville Senior
Jaquis Todd led the Panthers in scoring at 15.3 points per game, three-point field goals made with 34, and in free throws made (65), attempted (89), and percentage (73%). The senior guard was also Russellville’s second-leading rebounder at 4.3 per game.
Anthony Woodard, Logan County Senior
Woodard was the second-leading scorer in the 13th District at 20.5 points per game to lead Logan County through a difficult 2021 season. The Cougars had ten games postponed due to COVID-19, missing more than three weeks of action in the condensed, two-month season. Woodard led Logan at 55.1% shooting and grabbed a team-high 5.8 rebounds per game.
