In their second game of the day, Bowling Green took on Caldwell County, with a trip to the Championship game on the line.  The Purples started off slow in the first quarter, as turnovers early kept the Purples off the scoreboard.  After trailing 15-10 at the end of the first quarter, BG used the press to go on an 11 point run in the second, powered by Nacarius Fant, who had 13 in the first half.  The Purples lead at the half 34-29.  The big men made the difference in the second half, as Joe Ayers had 10 of his 14 points to close out the game, and Stivers put in 9 of his 11 in the second half as well.  It all lead to another big win 71-53.  They will now be in the Championship game on Monday night, taking on either Paducah Tilghman or Mayfield.
