The Purples then took to the floor, and it was an up and down affair.  East jumped out to an early lead, but Bowling Green improved in defense as the game went on.  They also attacked the rim pretty regularly, and shot 36 free throws for their effort (they made 29 of them).  Tucker Sine was big in the fourth quarter, ending the game with 11 points as Bowling Green won 64-56.
