Here are more lists from your favorite Area Athletes and Coaches and what they like and how they think. The Results may surprise you.

Top 5 Favorite Green Bay Packers by Bart Catlett (Elizabethtown Volleyball Coach)

1. Bart Starr – I was named after him so I have to go there! His leadership was crucial in the 60’s, getting all those titles.

2. Brett Favre – Nobody played the game harder, he was a new school gunslinger with an old school mentality, play no matter what!

3. Ray Nitschke – People can talk about Butkus all they want, but #66 was an ANIMAL. Players were truly scared of him. He played very violent. I like that.

4. Aaron Rodgers – He is one of the best All Time Quarterbacks, just gets it done. He is responsible for getting another title back to Green Bay.

5. This is a tough one and I really like Sterling Sharpe, in the 80’s he was the only thing we could cheer about, but who doesn’t love Reggie White?!! So my fifth place is a tough one. I like Charles Woodson a lot as well.

Top 5 things to REMEMBER if you play mutiple Sports by Laura Vincent (Grayson County Soccer-Basketball-Track) 1. Communication – It’s important to communicate with each coach and keep them updated with your timeline on returning to each sport.

2. Dedication – You need to dedicate yourself to the sport you are playing at the time so you are a asset to your team. 3. Manage Your Time – Homework comes first even if it means going into school early, which I do a lot.

4. Rest – between sports take time to rest a few days before going into the next sport. (I have a hard time with that one. But I’m getting better.)

5. Listen to Yourself – Playing Three sports along with school can be stressful. Try to work in downtime on the weekends to just alevate stress and have fun.
