This was another game with desperation as a motive. North Hardin was a Region Tournament Finalist last season had lost all five starters and it’s legendary coach while starting 2-11 with a brand new young lineup (only one senior- a transfer from Ohio) and like Central Hardin (8-4 record), who also was starting over after losing almost it’s entire staring five was currently 0-2 in the District really needing a win at home pulled one out in a tightly contested game. The Trojans 65-51 win will help set the stage for quite a district race down the stretch.
