Thanks to senior Dominique Harding’s 24-points and 14 rebounds, the Elizabethtown Panthers knocked off the current 5th region champion John Hardin Bulldogs and ended their 20-game win streak against 17th District foes, 75-56. 
The Panthers jumped out early and led by 10 (33-22) at the half, then went on a run and at one time stretched out the lead to 26-points behind balanced scoring by senior guards JaVon Cotton (21-points) and Nic McDonald (17-points). The Bulldogs used a press to get close several times, but every time the lead would shrink to 12, Harding would come up with a big play or basket. John Hardin was led by senior Keon Williams (19-points and 11 rebounds).
