Raven Ennis, Barren County Junior
Raven Ennis was named the 15th District Player of the Year after leading the Trojanettes in scoring and rebounding as they won the 15th District championship and reached the 4th Region championship game for a third-consecutive season. The junior averaged 16.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. She also hit 47 three-pointers and shot 76% from the free throw line.
LynKaylah James, Bowling Green Junior
LynKaylah James was named the 14th District Player of the Year, after leading Bowling Green to a 14th District and 4th Region championship, as well as the program’s second-ever win in the state tournament. The junior center averaged 16.1 points per game, while leading the district in rebounding at 10.1 per game. James also shot 55% from the field and 62% from the line. In the Lady Purples’ state tournament victory, she led the way with 15 points and 19 rebounds.
Lucy Patterson, Warren East Senior
Lucy Patterson led the 4th Region in scoring at 19.3 points per game for the Warren East Lady Raiders. The senior shot 38% from the field and 70% from the line, recording 207 free throw attempts. Patterson also averaged 9.8 rebounds. She eclipsed 20 points in nearly half of her team’s games, including a season-high 26 in a win over Cumberland County.
Saniyah Shelton, Warren Central Sophomore
Sophomore Saniyah Shelton was second in the 4th Region at 18 points per game. The guard shot 37% from the field and 73% from the charity stripe, while also grabbing 8.6 rebounds per game. Shelton’s season-high was 29 points in a near-upset over Barren County on February 6. The sophomore also scored 28 and 27 points on consecutive nights (March 1 and 2) near the end of the regular season.
Meadow Tisdale, Bowling Green Sophomore
With the ability to dominate or defer, Meadow Tisdale was a major reason why Bowling Green was able to defend its title in both the 14th District and 4th Region. The sophomore averaged 13.9 points and 9.5 rebounds per game, both second on the team. Tisdale shot 54% from the field and got to the line 177 times, tops for BG. She hit 99 of those attempts.

Anastasia Dowlen, Russellville

Anzley Adwell, Glasgow Senior
Adwell helped the Lady Scotties back to the 4th Region Tournament for a fourth-straight season. The senior averaged 12.2 points and 8.4 rebounds, both best on the team. Adwell made 83 free throws and shot 65% from the line. In an early season win over Warren East, she scored 22 points and was 12-of-15 from the line.
Anastasia Dowlen, Russellville Junior
Anastasia Dowlen was the 13th District’s Player of the Year after leading the Lady Panthers in scoring (13.1) and in rebounding (12.3) this past season. The junior’s 12.3 rebounds per game were the highest average in the 4th Region. Dowlen helped lead Russellville back to the 4th Region Tournament for the third-straight season.
Jacqueline Jackson, Greenwood Senior
Jacqueline Jackson helped Greenwood qualify for its first region tournament since 2012. The senior averaged 16.2 points and 4.4 rebounds, shooting 70% from the free throw line and helping the Lady Gators reach the region semifinals. Averaging five free throw attempts per game, Jackson recorded 20 free throw attempts in a 61-51 win over Christian County. Her ability to draw fouls allowed her team to score valuable points with the clock stopped.
Braylee Mann, Clinton County Senior
Braylee Mann was named the 16th District Player of the Year after leading the district in scoring at 15.6 points per game and was one of the district’s top rebounders at 6.3 rebounds per game. The senior forward shot 50% from the field and 75% from the line. Mann was diagnosed with Acanthamoeba Keratitis in her eye but persevered to finish off her basketball career on top.
Leia Trinh, Greenwood Freshman
One of only two freshman named to the All-Region team, Leia Trinh averaged 17.1 points per game which led Greenwood and was third in the region. Featuring a bevy of moves with the ball, Trinh shot 37% from the field, hit 38 three-pointers (tied for second in the district), and made 68% of her free throw attempts. The freshman guard scored 29 points in a mid-season win over South Warren.

Allison Meador, Allen County-Scottsville

Juliah Bault, Russell County Senior
Bault helped the Lady Lakers reach their twelfth-consecutive 4th Region Tournament. The Lindsay Wilson-commit averaged 14.5 points and 3.8 rebounds per game to lead Russell County. Often a triple-double threat, the senior shot 43% from the field, made 32 three-pointers, and shot 75% from the free-throw line.
Kassady London, Metcalfe County Freshman
Kassady London is one of two freshmen named to the All-Hoops Team for the 4th Region. The Lady Hornet guard led Metcalfe County with 13.0 points per game and shot 51% from the field. London also sunk 33 three-pointers and was 46% from beyond the arc, while going 74% from the free throw line as the Lady Hornets won their first district title since 2017.
Star Marcum, Russell County Senior
Eclipsing the 1,000-point mark during her senior year, Star Marcum finished the season averaging 14.5 points per game and was third in the district at 6.8 rebounds per contest. The forward scored 22 points in the district semifinals to ensure the Lady Lakers’ trip back to the 4th Region Tournament.
Allison Meador, Allen County-Scottsville Senior
Meador led the Lady Patriots in scoring at 13.4 points per game, while also grabbing 6.8 rebounds per contest. The senior led the team with 43 made threes at 31% and with 60 made free throws at 70%. Meador scored a season-high 28 points on five three-pointers against Edmonson County on January 25.
Kate Norwood, Franklin-Simpson Senior
Norwood capped off her high school basketball career in style, leading the Lady Wildcats to their first district championship since 2017. She led Franklin in scoring, three-point field goals made, three-point field goals attempted, and free throw percentage. Norwood’s 13.2 scoring average led the 13th District.
