Soccer

Landon started playing recreational soccer at the age of three. He began playing club soccer in White House, Tennessee at eight years old. He then moved his club soccer to SKY in BG and is now playing for BG ELITE. Landon played through back pain his entire Sophomore Varsity year; later realizing that he was playing with a broken L4 vertebrae. 

He missed most of his Junior year but came roaring back with a vengeance his Senior year. It was his love for the game that brought him back. He has just completed his Senior year, waiting to play again for BG ELITE. He has won numerous awards such as MVP, Most Goals Scored in a Season, Assist Leader, Most Improved, The Sportsmanship Award, Two All-District Teams, and Goal of the Year. His dedication to the sport is unwavering.

His current GPA is 3.5 but has been as high as 4.2 and has never fallen below 3.5. His cumulative GPA is a 3.556. He is in the top 50 of his class.

He is usually a Straight-A student never falling below a B in any class. Landon’s been an Honor Roll student most of his high school years.

Landon plans on following his love of soccer and playing at the collegiate level. He plans on studying Business and Sports Marketing.

Landon will be one of 11 student athletes to receive a one-times $500 scholarship from Toyota of Bowling Green in May.
