It was the combination of great pitching, and a bottom of the 5th inning which produced 6 runs for the Lakers who never looked back.

Russell County’s Mays Gosser went 2 for 3 at the plate with 2 RBI’s. Nathan Lawson went 1 for 2, HR and 3 RBI’s. Trace Stringer went 2 for 2 at the plate. Isaac Roy went 1 for 3 with 3 RBI’s. Nick Aaron went 1 for 3 with a double.
