The match-ups have been announced for the 2014 District 15 softball and baseball tournaments which will begin May 19 at Barren County High School. 
Softball play begins at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, May 19 when top-seed Allen County-Scottsville (16-12, 5-0) goes against four-seed Monroe County (1-17, 0-5). At 7:30, second-seed Glasgow (17-13, 4-2) plays third-seed Barren County (15-12, 2-4).
The softball district championship is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20. The district champion and runner-up advances to Region 4 tournament play the week of May 26 at Western Kentucky University.
In baseball, the tournament begins at 6 p.m. on Monday, May 19 when top-seed Glasgow (21-7, 6-0) faces four-seed Monroe County (10-11, 0-6). At 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, second-seed Allen County-Scottsville (10-20, 3-3) will play third-seed Barren County (15-14, 3-3).
The baseball district championship is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday, May 22 at Barren County High School. The district champion and runner-up advances to Region 4 tournament action the week of May 26 at Western Kentucky University.
Admission will be $5.00 per person school age and up.
The Allen County-Scottsville Lady Patriots are the defending district champions in softball while the Glasgow Scotties are the defending district champions in baseball.
