“Effective today, Penny Reece has been reinstated as the head softball coach of Greenwood High School. She has accepted full responsibility for a lapse in judgment and I am satisfied that she has learned from this experience. She has expressed a sincere commitment to continue to uphold the high standards that exemplify Greenwood High School and I have every
confidence in her ability to do so. Coach Reese has developed a premier softball program over the past 24 years and she is recognized as arguably the finest softball coach across the nation. Through her tireless effort and commitment to the softball program, she has developed many outstanding student athletes who credit her for much of their success both on the
