Warren East made senior night special for their Raiders with a 63-0 win over Breckenridge County.
THe Raiders forced a Tiger punt from their own endzone and on their first offensive play, Willie Reynolds bounced an inside
handoff to the right sideline for a 33 yard touchdown run. Reynolds finished with 120 yards and three TDs on the night and now has 15 scores on the year.
On the next Tiger possession, QB Grayson Sosh threw high over the middle and was picked off by linebacker Eli Brown who returned it 15 yards for a touchdown. Offensively, Brown touched the ball once. He made the most of it with one carry for 38 yards and a score.
More Tiger turnovers led to more East scores. Anthony Eakles rushed for a TD after a Troy Brown interception and Reynolds tallied one of his three scores following a Matt Miller fumble. Eakles ran for 98 yards and two scores.
The running clock started with 9:35 left to play in the second quarter after Warren East pushed the lead out to 42-0.
After only allowing Breckenridge to gain 23 yards in the entire first half, East took the opening possession 65 yards and advanced the score to 56-0. Anthony Eakles finished off the scoring with a 26-yard run mid-way through the fourth quarter.
East improved to 2-1 in district and travels to Logan County next week to play the Cougars.
