Sine Deposits 25, Purples Start Week with a W over ACS

Starting a four game work week, the Purples hosted Allen County Scottsville on Monday night.  The Patriots came in to the game 8-11, but were coming off wins over Barren Couny and All A Classic champ Glasgow.B52H6253

It was a sloppy game most of the way, with the Purples committing 22 turnovers on the night.  Each quarter really followed the same pattern, the Patriots would come out and score the first few baskets, and then Bowling Green would use late runs in each quarter to get the lead back.  A 20-10 second quarter gave the Purples the lead for good, though ACS would bring it back within a basket several times in the fourth quarter.  A late push by Tucker Sine (our TFC Player of the Game) helped the Purples get up by double figures late, as Bowling Green won 66-55.
We hit the road tomorrow night, as Bowling Green will take on Muhlenburg County.  Catch it all right here on PurplesNation.com!
