Spartans battle back from first half deficit but fall to Scotties

Glasgow and South Warren faced off in the first of two Region 4 Semi-Final matchups Saturday afternoon at Allen County-Scottsville High School. The Lady Spartans and Lady Scotties went back and forth exchanging a combined 5 three-pointers in the first period. The two teams kept the score close at 17-16 after 1. To start the second period, Glasgow trotted out a 2-3 zone which stifled the drive of Amaya Lasley and on the other end of the court, no one could stifle the drive of Breanna Glover. Glover totaled 21 of the first 39 for Glasgow en route to a double digit halftime lead. _MG_7072
