Jaylee Covington, Allen County-Scottsville Senior

At times this season, Allen County-Scottsville seemed destined for its first appearance in the 4th Region Tournament since 2016. A big part of the team’s success was senior Jaylee Covington. The forward averaged 10.3 points and a district-leading 10.6 rebounds per game. In her final high school game, Covington grabbed a game-high 15 rebounds as the Lady Patriots fell just short of the district championship game.

Khloe Hale, Glasgow Junior

Khloe Hale finished second in the 15th District in rebounding at 8.8 rebounds per game. The junior also added 7.1 points for the Lady Scotties. A double-double threat every night, Hale helped Glasgow to a 9-3 start on the season and the 15th District championship game.

Morris hit 96-of-126 free throws on the season and scored a game-high 18 points in the district semifinal loss to Glasgow. With two varsity seasons under her belt, Morris will be a dangerous threat for 15th District opponents for the next four years.

Katie Murphy, Barren County Junior

Katie Murphy features on the 15th District All-Hoops Team again after another strong season on the hardwood for the Trojanettes. The junior averaged six points and five rebounds, while often taking on the toughest assignment on defense each night. Murphy also hit 32 three-pointers, second on Barren County.
