After a scoreless first quarter, the Wildcats were able to find the endzone twice in the second. Junior running back Daniel Caudill scored a pair of rushing touchdowns to put the Wildcats up at halftime 12-0.
Edmonson County found the endzone for the final time in the third with a 20-yard touchdown reception from sophomore Tucker Cole to senior Jarod Hines.
It was the fourth quarter when the Raider offense came to life. Junior quarterback Patrick Satterfield found sophomore running back Willie Reynolds for a pair of touchdown passes, one for 9-yards and the other for 96.
An unsuccessful onside kick attempt with less than two minutes remaining marked the final plays for the two teams.
Reynolds finished the game with 138 yards rushing, 105 yards receiving and two touchdowns. The Raiders fall to 0-4 on the season while the Wildcats advance to 3-1. The next Warren East game will be Friday, Sept. 18th at home against Glasgow.
